Akio Kobayashi President Mr. Kobayashi is responsible for oversight of all ELESYS North America Inc. divisions. Mr. Kobayashi is a visionary and a strategic business leader. Prior to his work with ELESYS North America Inc., Mr. Kobayashi worked with Honda Research and Development for 23 years. At Honda, he supervised chassis electronics, including ABS, SRS, VSA and EPS systems. Mr. Kobayashi is a graduate of Tokyo Physics University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics.

	Hiroaki Abe General Manager, Finance & Administration Division Mr. Abe holds diverse responsibilities for ELESYS North America Inc.’s  administrative operations, including management of Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Accounting. This is his second overseas assignment, which began in June 2004. Mr. Abe’s first overseas assignment with Honda Elesys Company Ltd. was working as Planning Manager involved in the planning of overseas business, including the U.S. plant in Suwanee, GA and the China plant project. Prior to joining ELESYS, Mr. Abe worked for NEC Automotive Division in Japan, managing Production Control, Supply Chain Management, and Business Planning. He has demonstrated success in his overseas assignments; including his role as Planner for US production (1991), Planning Management/Controller of NEC Technologies in Georgia and Oregon (1996). Mr. Abe received his Bachelors of Economics from Rikkyo University.

	Takashi Tsuchihashi General Manager, Production Division Mr. Tsuchihashi is responsible for managing the plant operations of ELESYS North America Inc.’s Production Division, including Quality, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations, located in Suwanee, Georgia. Mr. Tsuchihashi has positioned the Suwanee plant to be world-class and competitive. Prior to ELESYS, Mr. Tsuchihashi worked for NEC America Solution’s Automotive Electronics Division for 14 years, including 4 years with NEC’s US plant, located in Oregon, where he supervised production engineering and manufacturing with additional responsibilities involving new plant projects. He also worked at the NEC Nagano plant, located in Japan, where he was involved with production engineering of consumer electronics products. Mr. Tsuchihashi received his Bachelor of Precision Mechanical Engineering from Tokyo Denki University.

	Matt Williams Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing Mr. Williams directs the manufacturing and supply chain operations for Elesys which includes manufacturing, supplier management, warehouse management, logistics, inventory planning, and purchasing. Mr. Williams joined Elesys in 2004 and played a major role in the start up and growth of our manufacturing operations.  Prior to joining Elesys, Mr. Williams held leadership position in several large corporations, including AT&T and Nortel Networks. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelors of Industrial Engineering degree, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering degree, and a Masters of Business Administration degree. All his degrees are from Georgia Tech.

	Jay Hah Senior Manager, Production Engineering Mr. Hah joined Elesys in 2007 and manages Production Engineering organization that includes NPI engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Test Engineering functions. Prior to joining Elesys, Mr. Hah had worked for Hewlett Packard Co., where his high quality mass production experience and world class manufacturing competitiveness were built. Mr. Hah received a Masters of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University.

	Michael Price Manager, Human Resources & Administration Mr. Price is responsible for managing the company’s human resources and administrative functions including Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Corporate Governance, and Public Relations.  Mr. Price joined Elesys in 2004 and has a diverse human resource and management background with Elesys, Concurrent Computer Corporation, and Bellsouth Telecommunications.  Mr. Price has over 10 years of professional human resource experience and has played a role in the over-all management and direction of the start-up of our Suwanee manufacturing operations.  Mr. Price received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Master of Science in Orgranizational Development  from the University of Toledo and Brenau University, respectively.
