Elesys is proud to offer a comprehensive Total Reward package where eligible Associates can select from an array of health and welfare benefits. Most benefits are available to you on your first day of employment
Medical
Medical coverage is provided through United Healthcare s Choice Plus plan. Two types of plans are available for associates to select including a PPO plan and a high deductible plan (HDP) with a healthcare savings account.
The PPO plan includes $15 co-pays for office visit, $35 for urgent care visits and $100 for ER visits. Retail prescription drug require a copy of $10-50.
Under the HDP full cost of care is paid by the associate (preventive care is paid by the plan) until deductibles are met. Once met, covered medical benefits are paid in full by the plan and retail prescription drugs are $10-$60 copays. Depending on level of coverage, deductibles range from $1,250 to $2,500. An advantage to the HDP is that associates set up a healthcare savings account in conjunction with the plan, allowing before-tax dollars to be saved for medical expenses.
A mail order prescription plan is available as part of both healthcare plans.
Vision
Benefits are provided through VSP and include an eye exam, frames and lenses once every 12 months (up to plan allowance) for $10 co-pay (in-network). Elective contact lenses are also available for a low co-pay.
Dental
Benefits include preventive care and diagnostic service/exams paid at 100% and other treatments paid at 50-80%. Deductibles are $50 individual$150 family. Annual maximum benefit is $1,500.
Retirement
ENA offers a way to prepare for retirement by matching your contributions to our 401(k) plan. Elesys matches your contribution at a rate of 50%, up to 5% of your salary.
Profit Sharing
Each year, based on company performance, 5% of eligible wages may be deposited into your 401(k) account.
Incentive Bonus
Based on a combination of Company and individual performance, you may be eligible to receive an incentive bonus. Paid semi-annually, these bonuses reflect ENA’s philosophy of pay-for-performance.
Reimbursement Accounts
Healthcare Reimbursement Accounts (HCRA) and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts (DCRA): Allows you to make pre-tax contributions from your pay to an account designated to reimburse you for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses.
Life & Accident
The Company provides short- and long-term disability insurance at no cost to you. Basic Life and Accident Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is also provided at no cost to you. Each provides a benefit equal to up to 3 times your eligible annual earnings, up to a maximum of $250,000. Supplemental Life and AD&D insurance is also available to you and your family at an additional cost.
Work Life Balance
Elesys does not differentiate between vacation, sick time and personal days. Earn the equivalent of 18 PTO’s (Paid Time Off Days) and 11 Company-paid Holidays per year. Elesys also provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no charge.
Tuition Assistance
Associates wishing to continue their education in an area that benefits the Company may be eligible for tuition assistance. The cost of tuition, books and associated fees are all eligible for reimbursement. The level of reimbursement depends on grades received.
